For sale is my 1999 Nautique Super Sport with a Python 502 motor that is rated for 430 HP. I have owned this boat since 2012 when I got it with about 300 hrs on it. It has treated our family very well over the years but we were looking for a larger boat and now have a SAN 230 which is the only reason for selling. This is the same hull as the Super Airs through 2006 and throws an awesome wakeboard wake and a decent surf wave with homemade a suck gate. This did not have a factory ballast system but I have installed 3 reversible Jabsco pumps that feed 750 lb bags in each rear locker and 600 lb bag in the belly locker.
When I got this boat it had the originally designed Flight Control Tower with narrow tubing but I ran into issues with welds cracking and replaced it with a New Dimension Tower back in 2013 that looks like the factory tower on 2000-2006 models. It has quick release board racks that hold 2 wakeboards/skim boards on one side and 2 wakeboards and a surfboard on the other side. Tower Mounted Mirror. There is a tower mounted Bimini that is great shape and can deploy or be stored in seconds. I also have the factory center mounted pylon but the previous owner removed it and I never put it back in.
The interior is good and useable but not perfect as you can see in the pictures. The bow cushions I believe are original and showing their age but the vinyl is still soft but it obviously has cracks. Two of the rear bottom cushions have split seams that might be able to be repaired and a 3rd is just starting to split. The driver's back rest is also showing its age but the rest of the interior is in pretty good shape. I tried to show as much detail of the issues in pics but feel free to ask for more pics or videos.
The trailer is in great shape after being overhauled back in 2020. The original steal beams had gotten very weak and it bent as I was retrieving the boat so I had it totally rebuilt and it tracks straight and true. While rebuilding it I swapped in diamond plate steps instead of carpet and I added a winch through the crash pad post as one of the ramps I frequent has a large No Power Loading sign. It has disc brakes but one small section of brake line needs to be redone in order to get those functioning again. It's something I have been meaning to do but forgot about it until I was taking pics.
The stereo is nothing too crazy but everything works. Clarion CD Deck with USB/lightning cable/USB-C hookup that shows track info on the deck and you can skip tracks directly from it. 4 in boat speakers, Sub mounted under the passenger seat and 4 kicker tower speakers that go loud enough to hear over the python while wakeboarding. There are 2 total amps that power everything.
It has a nice Rankin cover that is trailerable. The hem cinch strap, zippers, hooks, etc is all still good but the buckles by the stern need to be resewn. I have the new buckles, just haven't gotten around to having them installed yet.
I am asking $22,0000. Boat title in hand. The trailer came with the boat from South Carolina who does not do titles but I have a valid Mass trailer registration that can be used to title it and register in other states.
