Kids are all going to college, and it is time to say goodbye to our good friend who has brought us hours of fun and enjoyment over the last several years. This is an amazing boat that has about everything you could get on this model and then some. I like to believe that no one else builds boats as well as Correct Craft. Here are the details.
This is not your average size Nautique – it measures 23’ long and the beam is 8’.5”. Plenty big enough to hold 12 to 14 people comfortably on board. It is a crossover boat and has the ZR6 6.0 Liter MPI Engine (Corvette) with all upgrades. The transmission is PCM Power pls 2007 and the drive is a Walters V-Drive. Last year we also added a Fresh Air Exhaust system.
Hours on the engine are around 200 hours – yes that is correct. We are the second owners. The boat was purchased in the Chesapeake Bay area and sat in a boat house until we purchased it in 2021. The boat has never been left in the water at any point and has always been covered and secured. The boat DOES have the saltwater package on the engine. That is a closed cooling system like a car – it does use raw water from applications but not in the engine block.
The Trailer was replaced in 2018 with a new custom built Venture trailer. The brakes were overhauled in 2022 and all bearings have been replaced within the last 2 years. The tires are in good shape and there is a new spare. The trailer also has a tire monitoring system that will go with the boat. You get the read out in your car on pressure/temperature of each tire and an alarm if there is a problem.
The boat is in great condition – all cushions solid no damage. We had a cover made specially for it last year from the “Pro Cover”, Brent Flemming and is in brand new condition. Also has a heavier cover for storage and we have a plastic cover we use for it if we are trailering long distance or leaving it for more than a few days on the trailer.
It has the standard Polished Tower / 2 water tanks in the stern – left & right for Wake Surfing / Hull is waxed every time it comes out of the water / Has a good radio, but we never upgraded to anything special.
