Nautique 176 / Air Tique

Yes, I realize I have a WTB thread open for a SAN, but I like evaluate all my options; regardless of how "all over the map" they are.

I wanted to see if anyone had any knowledge of a 176/Air Tique for sale in their area. The concept of a smaller boat is something I consider while my search for the SAN continues, plus owning outright as opposed to financing is always welcome.

I would prefer the 98-99 models since they have the rear seat that can be lifted up as a sun pad, allowing for a fat sac to be placed underneath. Also the GT40 EFI would be great, but I realize there was only a handful built with that option.

I am aware of the teal one on CCFan & OnlyInboards listed in Michigan, and am currently in talks with the owner. I just wanted to see if anything else was out there.

Sn 176

I have a 1998 SN 176 I may consider selling.
It has less than 250 hrs, has the rear sunpad option, 260hp 351 (not the very rare GT40), single axle trailer. Everything is in excellent condition. I skied behind it this past weekend.
(I also have a 2006 216 LE but it is not for sale)

Great color scheme, perfect location for me, but unfortunately its not going to happen. I had some "interesting" discussions with the owner last year when he previously listed it for sale. If anyone else has interest in that boat, let me know. I'll pass along what I know...
