I've been looking for an 03/04 Sante for the last couple months and the prices just seem to fluctuate between thousands of dollars. With that said I'm looking at a 2003 that has the color combination I want, the hours are around 1000. If the interior and everything is in great shape with perfect pass and all the normal accessories what should this boat be worth. High hours always seem to get everyone nervous so I'm just looking for opinions.

In my opinion, if the boat is in great condition but has higher hours, the engine was probably maintained well. With a popular color scheme it should bring at least $28-30k or so come spring time with a trailer. If the interior is all torn up, I'd guess the boat wan't cared for mechanically and value drops accordingly.
I put over 920 trouble free hours on my 2003 SANTE, others have put far more hours on theirs. I would buy that boat back for what I sold it for given the chance.

I'd agree with $28k-$30k for one in great condition with a tandem trailer. The reason you're seeing such a wide variety of prices is that there's a big difference between a signature edition and a team edition(a couple $k), and a big difference between one with good vinyl and one that needs new vinyl(another couple $k).
Stuff like the Super Air 210 decals on the rear side of the hull that like to fall off ($150/side), new trailer tires($), and other minor things start to add up when you buy a boat that wasn't taken care of.
