I picked up a project boat, needs a complete motor and transmission.
Would consider any PCM but hoping to find a non cat 5.7 Excalibur 330, 343
Or a 5.8 GT-40 with 1.23 Tranny.
Direct drive.

Try Florida Inboards. They sometimes have stock from Zero Off conversions.
