I almost got a 2017 this last weekend but the tower height killed the deal for me. Hit my head on it 5 times during the demo. Otherwise I’d be very interested.

I do like that one. He has another I like as well. I’ve just read a whole bunch that the G25 doesn’t perform as well as the G23. I’ve got a small family that doesn’t really need the room of the G25 (even though it is really nice). So i have been thinking that I don’t really want to sacrifice performance for space I don’t necessarily need. Why do you get the G25 instead of the G23? Without having ever owned either of them I’m just going off of what I see online.

This is my 14th G25 and I also give lessons to customers that have their own boats so I go out on a lot of G23's and even G21's. I have never noticed anything significant in terms of the wake or wave but there is a HUGE difference in how it handles in rough water. It gets pretty choppy in the bay where I am so it's really nice to have that extra length to cut through the crop when I am running to and from the marina. The only difference in performance I would say would be that the G23 wakesurf wave would be a bit more "adjustable" than the G25 wave. You can tune it a bit more if you want to but honestly I have never felt it to be that much different because we only have 14ft of depth where we ride so even the G23 wave is not that tune-able in such shallow water.
