post-post c-c is 37 1/4"
width overall is 44"
Depth 17 1/4"
It's most likely wider than a 220 due to the "humps" in the 220. you could cut it down but would need a bandsaw due to the aluminum CC puts in the seats for screw support.2008 230 TE-ZR6

awesome, thanks!
Im sort of confused, I’ve looked up 230 seats to get dimensions but they all have a walk through step. This one doesnt. To clarify, this is the back seat the goes between the port and starboard seats right?

230/236 have a removable bench seat that "snaps" in roughly midship. When you look at a 230/236, there are little platforms behind the captains chair where the bench snaps in. we use ours all the time, it's great for human "ballast" to clean up the wake.2008 230 TE-ZR6

Oh, that makes sense! I was thinking it was like the 220 in that it moved back to front, but its completely standalone. I'd really like to make it works as I'm not having much luck finding one for sale. I wish there was a way to see how its built, to assure that cutting it down doesn't compromise it integrity. I'm gonna do some research and maybe we can make a deal on it. Did the backrest break or what?

Let me know. This bench seat is heavy! I'm sure the base plate is thick, and CC usually puts/glues a layer of aluminum over the base so screws will have something to "bite" into. Foam is then glued over the aluminum. The machined posts are stainless and have lock nuts to secure them. It's stout.
