Rather than respond individually to the pm's i'll answer the questions here.

i don't know whats app is

              yes your third in line

no it's not locked up, in fact it spins like butter by hand, and cranks good too.

it doesn't have spark and i'm trying to sort that out but all the parts are nla, and the new total replacement parts that as of right now i know it needs are on the coo coo for coco puffs corona backorder bullshjt list !!!!

if the boat isn't a runner it won't sell (price would have been and still could be the cost of fiberglass materials/ receipts) if the engine starts.

i'd sell the whole thing for cost of receipts right now just to not deal with the engine because some people know engines and would have it running and tuned in an hour ( same engine drama would take me a month)
Otherwise it's scrap or at least thats my opinion.

the whole build with pictures can be seen here,

I'll call you when I'm back in town, Sunday. I'm local and think this will work for me. The 351 is the gt40 without the components, right?. Which I'd what I need. -Chris

I'm sorry guys, i have to disappoint you on this.
keeping the engine and moving forward with the project.

Taking the onus, & mea culpa. No worthy excuse to offer.
