It's red and I would take $250. It's in Good Shape. It does have a few seams starting to come apart that could be fixed for less that twenty bucks. I just haven't made it to the shop to do it. They are in spots that don't effect the coverage. it seals the boat up well with no leaks. it would just be something you would have to deal with down the road at some point.
