    Wakesurf Under $200

Hi all, I'm looking into buying a wakesurf and getting into surfing a bit but I don't want to have to pay ~400 dollars for a board just to learn on. So I'm looking for a decent surfboard under 200 bucks. Would prefer a skim-style board but wouldn't turn down a long board either. Thanks.

Sub $200 is going to be really tough unless you find something used. Here is one for $220 though: http://www.buywake.com/wakesurfers/h...FVSe4AodxTUAfg

I don't think it changed much but I have the older shape of this board and I think it is a great one to get started with. It is a skim style like you said you prefer. It is pretty stable and easy to learn on but it will also allow you to progress on it quite a bit without breaking the bank. Another great feature that I love about it is that it fits in standard wake board racks unlike a lot of other boards that are too thick.

        Trust me on this:

        Hyperlite Swell.

Remove the fin that comes with and put on a Ronix 3.5" Hook fin. its a 10$ fin.

Very cheap... Ive been riding this board for nearly 4yrs. its a rocket and its a blast to ride.

Well these are all pretty good deals on these boards but I am leaning to the Broadcast because my buddy has that board and I've rode it once or twice and really enjoyed it.

Just found a used XXX on Ebay for 100 bucks. Might go that route and then upgrade if I decide I like wakesurfing. Thanks for the help guys.
