    WTB multi-person tube for toddler

I hate to even ask this, as I am fairly anti-tube, but I have a 1.5 year old daughter that I want to introduce to the world of watersports, and my wife wants to get a multi-person couch-type tube so she can ride with her. This would be at fairly low speeds and in a straight line. I hate to spend top dollar on one of these things for the limited use it is going to get, and they are only fun for what, the first time they are used? As such, I am hoping that someone has one sitting in their garage that they are looking to get rid of.

Another option is a large round sit in tube. Kid can sit in your lap.
Likely cheaper than big couch thing.
Basspro.com has them i think. Recommend one w air cushion on bottom.

Sorry to break the news to you Chexi, but that little girl is gonna love the tube for years! I hate to admit it because I'm sort of anti-tube too, but the kids love them. Between my girlfriend and I we have 4 boys between the ages of 7-11 and they all still love the tube. For a lot of kids, wakeboarding and skiing is a little scary and intimidating at first. I think the tube is a good way to break the ice and get them used to being behind a boat. Plus they don't have to concentrate on trying to get up with a deep water start. Its just fun for them.

They don't care much for the round flat tube that you lay on, but they love the 3 seater that they can sit down in. Again, I was very anti-tube, but now I realize that the tube keeps the kids happy so it allows me to be at the lake more so I've come to terms with it.

I hate pulling tubes too, but my teens still love them. For us the cheaper round ones work great. We go slow with the little ones and the teens ride with them sitting on the tube. For the older ones, throw two behind the boat and the teen boys have wars with them. I had a chariot warbird 3 but it only lasted two seasons and at $350 I'm not going to do that again.
