I just bought my first SN, a 1987 2001. I actually traded an old fishing boat for it. It needed / needs a lot of work but I rebuilt the carb, replaced the timing chain and got it running well enough to pull my girls around the river.I noticed last weekend that both exhaust manifolds leak water (cracked) and need to be replaced. $600 is a lot to sink in this boat right now given the repairs I foresee coming this winter. Any chance anyone has a workable used set they are willing to part with at a discounted rate? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply ohiowake2. I actually found a complete PCM 351 out of a similar SN in June and went ahead an bought it and just installed the manifolds on my engine. The boat has been running great all summer. We had some friends from south FL evacuate up to our house this weekend and the weather was nice so were probably out playing on the river for 4-5 hours. I love that boat. My "spare" engine allegedly has 600 hours on it. It has great / even compression so I think I'm going to pull the heads and have them done and then put that engine in my boat this winter to replace the original 1,700+ hour engine. Thanks again for your time and response.
