Replacement Swivel Board Racks for 2008 SANTE with a Stock Titan Tower Option

Im looking for a cheaper replacement or service repair kits for the original swivel board racks that came on the 2008 210 with the Titan Tower upgrade. I just bought the boat and they are not locking in place and or the button is sticking and will not re lock.

I had to take one of mine apart and clean to get functioning. Bought boat in rough shape after some years of bad storage. Had the white "corrosion" you mentioned. Consider using Loc-tite Blue on the internal connections when reassembling. I didn't use it the first time I reassembled, and things shook loose pretty fast.

Hey thanks. I got one of them working great! The other has the button stuck is there a trick to taking that out at all! there has to be a way. Also if anyone has one for sale or laying around im just looking for the spinner part to replace on the starboard side of the boat.

There's a hex screw buried in an almost blind hole that holds the "axle" assembly together. Took me a while to figure it out. Once you have that out you can get in an figure out was keeping the button from depressing.

There are two large socket head bolts which serve hold the vertical axle to the the "arms" bolted to the clamps for tower. You'll need to remove them both, take the spinner out of the arms. I believe it's from the top where you'll see a smaller socket head bolt which holds the spinner axle together. Remove that bolt and you can disassemble the spinner mech.
Be careful when removing the plate to the spinner, the spring for the release button is held in by the plate. If your button does not stay out on it's own, most likely the spring was either lost or broken somehow.
