Hi Tony210,
What did you figure out with your fuel gauge? I have the same issue on my 2005 SV211 (same gauge as you have). I tried sending mine to Faria to be repaired but they don’t support it anymore. They told me to buy an analog gauge and bypass the gateway box. I’m not really sure how to do that…. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi there,
i worked out that there was nothing wrong with the fuel gauge. The problem is coming from gateway box. Was told that this is a common problem. And yes, was also advised to change the gauges to bypass the gateway box.
i was told to open and check gateway box for water/moisture.
mine was dry and clean.
also there are times it works lol.
cheers
