    Wiring harness for 2003 Excalibur 330 P/N— RA121067C

    I’m Looking for “HELP” finding a wiring harness P/N RA121067C for my 2003 Nautique 206 Limited. Does anyone know where I might find one ? PMC does not make them anymore and they don’t have any more in stock. ( so much for product support ) Local Nautique dealer worked with PMC troubleshooting and determined it needs a new Harness. Thanks ANY help you can provide.

    That's going to be a tough find! Maybe you can find someone parting out a boat, but odds of them letting the harness go without the engine are slim I bet.

    Other than “it needs a new harness” can they determine what in the harness is bad? It's really just wire and plugs. If you have a bad wire in the harness you should be able to find and repair/replace it. Unless there's major damage to the entire harness requiring total replacement.

    What are the symptoms that made them come to the conclusion the harness is bad?

      The problem is when i throttle up, at 2400 rpm the engine goes into limp mode. Something is telling the ECM there is a problem and so it goes into limp. We have replaced the oil Low pressure switch. The oil pressure gauge is reading 40 psi. Both low and Hi pressure fuel pumps have been replaced. Coollent temp sensor replaced. Dealer says there is some stray voltages getting to the ECM and they can’t seem to find the source. I guess that’s why the dealer feels its a short in the harness somewhere. The harness looks like its in excellent condition but has not been dissected and unraveled to inspect the wires. That may be what we will need to do. BUT STILL LOOKING FOR A HARNESS. Thanks for the reply.

        So I thought on this more this morning…

        If the engine is going into limp mode can they not see what is triggering that using Diacom software? Seems like you should be able too and that would point in the direction of what sensors to look at. Just a thought… hopefully they have done that!

          So after the Local Nautique dealer told me I needed a new electrical harness and a $2000 troubleshooting bill and telling me to try and find one and “IF “ I do they will install it. ( believe me when I say there are NO harness’s out there. I brought the boat to a automotive guy that troubleshoot difficult electrical issues. He spent 4 days and said he could not find anything wrong with the harness, but was getting some unexpected readings out of the ECM. So I sent out the ECM to Boats Unlimited in Texas to rebuild it. They definitely found problems with it . They rebuilt it for $800. A new one if you can find one will run a minimum of $1500 or more. Nautique is now running Great! Thank You “ Boats Unlimited”
