Long story short my buddy who doesn't know how to drive ended up hitting the rear vent on the dock and it needs to be replaced. I went to nautiqueparts.com immediately but the part is out of stock. Is this something I can just go to the Nautique dealership and buy? Or does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Nautique Parts has not had those in the 4 years I have looked for one. Fortunately, mine is just scuffed a little. Please post if you find a place that has a few on the shelf.

I think I have one left, it's used and it's a fiberglass version. Nautique updated them and went to some kind of plastic, I sold one to a guy in Egypt!! Let me know which side you need and I can check.

There is pretty much nothing that can be done at this point short of having some fabricated with a 3D printer or fabricating some stainless steel vent covers and screwing them in. I have a right side vent cover that is damaged but a gelcoat/fiberglass shop could potentially restore.Comment

If anyone comes up with a solution, like a stainless cover, post it up. This is a common issue needing a solution.
