210 and 220 Retractable Pylon Group Buy

**UPDATE*** We have enough interest and he is going to do a run. Order cut-off will be 3/8 so he can get started manufacturing them.

I am looking to add a retractable pylon to my 2007 210. The vendor that makes them is willing to make a batch of them but needs a minimum order of 3 to do the machine work.

Need at least 2 more people interested.

Please do your own research to feel comfortable but he has been in the Nautique / Correct Craft community for a long time. There are write-ups on here of other people that have his product.

Tachyon Motorsports is out of Minnesota - USA Made Product

    http://www.tachyonmotorsports.com/sh...ractable-pylon

    The price is $580 shipped

These will be manufactured for us so expect a 6-8 week lead time.

If you have any questions you can reach out to Rick at info@tachyonmotorsports.com.

Can you clarify - is this for boats that don’t already have the lower plyon at all, or just to convert the fixed pylon? My 220 has only the tower tow point and I might be interested in adding the lower retractable one.

As I understand it if you don't have a pylon the supports for this pylon won't exist. If that isn't the case you could install this.

To be honest I don't know. Your best advice would be to email Rick directly. He is very helpful and can tell you if it would work. There have been a few people with SV211's that have asked so it might be possible to get him to make a SV211 if there was enough interest if it is unique.

Why does it need to be a "group purchase"? It you click on the link you sent it looks like anyone can purchase one for $586.00? What am I missing here? Why do you need at least 3 people?

He doesn't actually have any in stock, this is not his full time job so he doesn't keep his website up-to-date.
