YEP, YEP, YEP. You put a straight edge on the top of most CC towers and you'll find that they aren't symmetrical.
You guys keep referring to the installation and how it may not lay flat on the deck. Then you start whacking it with rubber mallets and such.

Put a straight edge on the top of your tower, look at your tower top legs from the back or front of the boat, you will see how straight your tower really is. I found this out after I put a straight speaker box up top and found out that it didn't sit flat.

Almost seems like the jig they use for bending the tubes isn't perfect and/or they're not getting consistent bends.

I guess I will just live with it as no one will notice but me- oh well. I have another question? Are the heights of all the towers of different boats the same or not? A friend of mine has a Supra centre drive and the tower seems higher. I have a lot more ballast in my boat so maybe it just looks that way. Where do the measure the height of the tower- from the floor of the boat? What is the official height that the boat manufacturer can go up to and is the Air 210 a bit shorter then other brands??
