Correct. Two magnets (although it will run with the other magnet setups we've grown accustomed to over the years as well).
As for the other question, the only issue I'm currently having with SG is not in its overall operation. It's just not saving input data and is reverting to the engine hours screen every time I turn the ignition on. While this is a nuisance, I haven't been able to get any lake time to be bothered by it. But if I did, the system would probably work, but would require me to cycle through those screens each time I turned the key on. So it's a problem definitely worth my addressing in the meantime.
My first module running 2.7.0 (IIRC) was fine, though some higher level skiers than me noticed some nuances in the pull that were, quite frankly, beyond my unrefined ski pull pallate so to speak.
Being in a neighboring country to Canada, it's little trouble for me to have 3 modules sent to me over the course of two weeks to get this little system save problem worked out. They usually get here in a matter of days via FedEx. You, however, have a bit more distance and shipping expense to work with. Might be worth waiting a bit longer if 6.4 is treating you well, which from what I remember about it, it certainly should do.
Overall, I've been very pleased with the system and feel I'm skiing very well so far this season, whether because of the new system or in spite of it. Bottom line, I guess that doesn't matter. Opinions vary in that regard though.
