If you are a good enough rider to see this exhaust, you must have nothing else to concentrate on, otherwise, whe the boat is stopped, it won't be visible unless you have run it upon the ground and the back is out of the water...

Has anyone installed and ran their boat? Does it seem to make a difference in noise?'18 SAN 210 Reef Blue/Admiral Blue Metal Flake

I ran ours for the first time this weekend with the FAE installed, and it made a HUGE difference in the noise level for our boat. Boat is a Pro Air with Python engine, so
NO mufflers in exhaust at all. The boat is like a different animal, we can talk without shouting, and you can actually hear the stereo (not much of a stereo).2008 230 TE-ZR6

Sounds good. I'll be interested to hear if it makes a difference on the newer boats.'18 SAN 210 Reef Blue/Admiral Blue Metal Flake

Finally got the boat out on the water with the new goodies. The FAE is great. My boat was already pretty quiet on the inside so I did not notice a huge difference at speed, most of my interior noise if most likely induction and gear noise. Behind the boat is a different story. Surfing was soooo nice, no more exhaust noise or fumes, easy to talk to the boat passengers while surfing. Riding was also nicer, definately easier to hear the tower speakers without blasting the boat passengers. I didn't notice any loss of performance. Idling around the marina was probably the best part, my boat is nearly silent now while idling, it's stealth. I also think the polished unit looks great. You cannot see the unit under any circumstance with the boat in the water.

Ya'll are worse than my kid. Just when I think I have every gadget I could possibly need, you drop another must-have on me. Where do I get this thing, and I hope it is cheap. My wife is pretty health-conscious, so I can use the old "Honey, we needed this to keep our $80000 boat from slowly killing us and making us deaf" strategy.

I can't help you Chris, but if anyone is looking to install this on a Super Sport - I installed a FAE on my 97 Super Sport and it couldn't have been easier, I had to remove my rear ballast tanks to get at the swim platform bolts, but outside of that it was VERY easy to install (true bolt on).
