    Trailer question

I have a 98 SN. Will my boat fit on an '07 Ram Lin built for the 206?

    RE: Trailer question

lengthwise, widthwise, almost definitely yes. But the bunks and bow stop might not line up nicely with the chines, contours of the boat. If they're adjustable (i.e. just undo some bolts and raise/lower/move etc) then you could just make the changes to fit your boat. This is easier said than done unless you have a lift to hold the boat above the trailer somehow, or you can do some trial and error with launching it then looking underneath and taking measurements... that's my 2 cents
How 'bout a little reverse action...

        RE: Trailer question

I believe it will fit without a problem. I really cant tell any differences in the way the 196 hull fits the trailer on my dad's '03 compared with his previous '92. The trailers are nearly exact, and hardly seem to be designed with the shape of any hull in mind (the fit has always been less than impressive). If Im not mistaken, Ramlin puts the same trailer under the 196 and 206. The only thing that changes is the length of the tongue (which is adjustable).

it will fit fine lengthwise and widthwise, you just dont want to winch it all the way up, or else your toungue wieght will be a 1000 pounds, and you will end up bending a hitch, just like i did haha
