    Krypt Tower Mirror Bracket

Anyone have experience with the Krypt Tower mirror bracket ? Trying to find an arm that is a bit more reasonable in price. This looks similar in design to the one offered by correct craft (White Lake), my only concern is the attach clamp is one size fits all, must use a bushing to take up the space - may cause vibration.

Have you checked ebay? Similair product with a little better price, although I have no experience with either. Let us know what you end up with, I'd like to pick one up also.

        I have it...not bad...

I just got this mirror yesterday (won it on ebay). the arm is a really high quality and looks great on the boat, but the mirror is totally cheap and plastic. I have a really nice CIPA mirror with a ball mount so I'll probably look into how I can make that mirror work with this arm. My biggest complaint is that the mirror hits the arm so I can't tilt the mirror any more to the right, so I can see behind the boat very well, but have to turn my head once the boarder is outside the wake. I will either manufacture a new mount from mirror to arm that's got more clearance or try to figure a way to mount my ball mirror to this arm. For $100 I have no complaints...but to do it again, would probably have gone with the skylon mirror.

Oh an the rubber bushing that comes with the mirror does a great job..no rattle and very secure!

I ended up buying this mirror / arm on ebay and installed it on a 99 sport with a NDT tower. Used it for the first time this weekend - the arm is very nice, good tight fit to the tower, but I agree on the mirror. The mirror seems to have some distortion around the edges. The mirror is a little bigger than my CIPA window mount mirror, I am going to give it a few weeks, might switch the mirror with my window mount mirror. But overall, good deal for about $100. I definitely like the mirror position off the tower better than mounted off the top of the window.
