Put the 220 in the water!!

I put the 220 in the water this weekend. Bougt it back in December. I had never even been in one before. Wow!!! It is great!! The throttle by cable is just a little different than the 87 2001.

One question: The tower is loose on the tube that connects right by where the passenger seat is. We opened up the seats and got on our backs and could see the bolt that needs to be tightened. It looks like we are going to have to have a long extension and deal with some nice fiberglass "prickles"!

Any other way of tightening it?

Shane, the tower must of loosened up from the trip up to Tennessee. I don't think there is any other way to tighten it up except from underneath. The trottle is Fly-By-Wire, it's not actually a cable like the old boats. You can call 407-851-1965 and ask to speak to Woody, he is the service manager and could answer any questions that you might have. Enjoy the boat, it's awesome. I really miss the time on the water but my son has moved on to other things in life.
