Thanks guys for all your hard work getting the site back up and running. I didn't realize how much I rely on it until it was gone fo a couple of days. I even foiund myself surfing MBO.

Yeah, this place can get addicting. We still have a few bugs to work out, but things should be much more stable now. Tomorrow my plan is to fix the problem with attaching pictures to posts, and also fix the problem where new pictures can't be uploaded into the photo album.

I decided to check a couple of quick things that might be causing the picture problems, and I was able to fix both the attaching pictures to posts problem and the album pictures problem tonight. If anyone finds anything else wrong, please let me know. I believe we're back 100%.

I noticed in one thread that the date and time stamp was off.

I was reading a post and noticed that it said June 8th. I thought I missed a day!!

Not a big deal, but thought you might like to know.

Yeah, the time zone wasn't set right until about 2:00 (eastern) today. I noticed the wrong times too, but I think it is all set now. If not, please let me know.

Thanks - I had also noticed the down time, but thought the picture thing was my fault. I finally got some picts. of my new boat and could no get them to the phote album.

By the way, I went to Midwest CorrectCraft last thursday to see my boat for the first time. It was still under shrink wrap and the maintenance group was a little hesitant to let me take a look - Greg Meloon happened in the room and next thing I know he was cutting the plastic and running me around the lot showing all the latest Nautique garb.

You tell me one other boat company where the grandson of the founder will personally take time to help some over anxious customer get his first peak at his first Nautique - with out notice.

This is the same guy who took me for my first ride in a Nautique - 3 hours later, while cruising in his personal 226, I asked how he got into the boat business - he very modestly said "my grandfather started the company".

Malibu, Supra, Mastercraft - you can have them all. Nautiques Rock and the service is outstanding!!

I second that comment about the Meloons. The wife and I were at the San Antonio CC reunion, and wew were satnding by a boat huddled to keep warm, and Ralph walked up to us and started a conversation. We were talking for probably 30 minutes about this, that, and the other. I was asking all about why some things are done some ways, and what they had planned for the future. I never heard him ever say that he could not tell me that because it was secret. I asked about the tours, and was told that they are not doing them right now, but if I call him before we get to Orlando, he will take us on a personal tour guided by him.

I also met Jeff Warner at the Houston boat show, and he is also the same way. I spent at least an hour and a half talking to him at the show.

The family is one of the big reasons the CC is what they are, and it shows everytime you meet a family member. if you have not been to a reunion, I highly suggest you go, if for nothing else than to meet some of the people behind CC.

What other boat company can you talk (and shoot the bull) with the owner of the company?

Well, ok maybee Sanger, but that is different, they only sell like 400 boats a year.

I second or third that about the Meloons. Jeff Warner is top notch. So is Ralph, Greg, and Ken. They all have taken tiime out of there busy day to shoot the bull with me about my favorite topic--Nautiques. Jeff Warner, even now with his very busy post, goes out of his way to answer any questions I might have or just chat. A couple of years ago, I dropped in at the factory while in Orlando on business. No one was there to give a tour. I was disapointed as this would have been the highlight of my trip. I went on my merry way. About an hour later I got a call from CC on my cell. They had tracked me down and Mr. Meloon himself wanted to give me a tour. I was flabergasted. Unfortunatley I was already meeting with my client and couldn't take him up on his offer.

It's these people that keep me loyal to the CC brand.
