    replacement foam

I am looking for the foam tubes that go over the pvc boat guides for a late model trailer. I have been to every hardware store, the largest size they carry is for a piece of 1" pvc....

My next thought are trying to find a couple kids floating "noodles" that are the right size. They are going to be covered by the black Nautiques covers anyways.

    Thanks for any input

    RE: replacement foam

Whitelake has them in the store. I would imagine most dealers do.

      RE: replacement foam

I just bought new ones from the dealer. They wer cheap enough but I know if you really wanted to, you could go to a plumbing supply house because they have all sizes of foam insulation/pipe wraps. You will pay a grip for it if you arent a contractor though so you myay be better off buying new pylon covers.

I was in a local hardware store today and saw the same foam used on trailer guides. It was 2" pvc pipe insulation foam. They had it for $5 per 6 ft piece. Hope that helps

            thanks for all the input!
I was able to find a 6' stick of foam pipe insulation the has an ID of 2 3/8" it worked perfect, my "Nautique" covers were in perfect shape, so I just transfered them to the new foam. I picked up the foam at large plumbing and electrical supply place for contractors. I checked all the local hardware stores with no luck. It was only $7.00, that is enough for both sides
