i tried it, but it listed one that isn't open and i wasnt even sure if hanceville exists. i thought it might should be huntsville. ? i know ski club is closed thankfully b/c they sucked, but i've never been to a diff oneComment

ryan's creek is the dealer that was in hanceville. they moved to the lake. I am pretty sure there is a dealer in Montgomery but I may be wrong.Comment

i have been contemplating becoming a dealer. i am moving back to mobile on the 28th of this month. where do you ride huck? i call fowl river heaven myself. i mean george's sells moomba's and cwb but has no idea about boarding and both companies to me are lower quality. i think we could use an ambush style shop on a smaller scale mixed with a cc dealer. i know i could make it work. i need to draw up a bus. plan it takes about a mil to get one started that's about a 15 boat shop.Comment

i live on dog river. ive often thought about a dealer myself. there are more and more moombas on the river every year b/c george is the on inboard dealer around. i know a CC dealer could work. as for gear, i always buy on line. i dont even know anywhere here to buy boards here. i thought george got out of that. now that i think about it the few people i know here that have moombas didnt even buy them from george.....

ya there are two fairly new mansions on fowl river near bellingrath that have like a centurion and another brand like that. it's sad because they could have gotton something way more enjoyable. ya i live outside orlando right now and still usually order my stuff, but if there was a shop in town or within a mild driving distance i bet you'd go pick it up there wouldnt you? at least some of the time. "if you build it they will come" is kind of the mentality you have to go at opening a cc dealership and/or boardshopComment

i definitely would buy from a board shop here. id love to be able to demo stuff before guessing on boards/bindings.Comment

ya demo's are great. i demo's some slingshot stuff from performance and it's awesome. super fun board to ride and very good pop/landings. the 3stage one is kind of tough for me though. i'm going to talk to c.c. and have a business plan made. if the numbers are right and the market(which i think is there, or will grow to a decent size) i could open one in the next 2 or 3 years. it's a fairly simple process to become a dealer. incase i do open one, please know that i will pride my shop on quick turn around, straight forward repairs, gnarly stereo install abilities, and rectifying any work done that is not up to customers standards with a quickness. i'd rather lose the business with a great reputation and friendly customers than make money and be sub par.Comment
