Trailer question: Hull shape - Ski Naut on Sport trailer?

I have a 94 Ski Nautique w closed bow. I am looking at a trailer from a 99 Sport Nautique (not the super sport).

Will my boat fit on this trailer? Any issues?

I understand the hull shapes are similar but it looks like the sport is about 18 inches longer than my boat. I have been told this could put too much tongue weight on the hitch because the boat will not be centered over the axle properly.

Any input, experience? Thanks!!

Oh yeah - the trailer I am looking at is made by Prestige in case that helps. . .
