New PP Stargazer wakeboard version?

Just saw that PP has now released a wake version of Stargazer. It looks like this version doesn't require a paddlewheel, has anyone here been a beta tester??
How does it deal with current? How much $$ for the upgrade?

I installed my PP wakeboard pro a season and a half too early!
