TRDon - The one you have sounds pretty nice, but that is a individual decision. But you are way off on your pricing - here is an 2001, mint, 140 hours $25K (not negotiated), you would have to add a tower. This is a long way from Mn, but yor pricing of off by $5 - 7k. I would drive 1000 miles for alot less. I drove 830 miles each way to buy mine. This is just an example - there are alot at a similar prices or that can be negotiated to that price.

Here's one in Ohio. Sounds like it will blow that 95 out of the water. Being sold at a dealership were financing will be a lot easier. No road trip is too far for the right boat.

24K is way too much for that 95 SS, I just sold mine loaded for 18.5k, that 99 is a waaaaaaaay better deal.
