Clean up Time - Who's got the best tips??

My Nautique has had a long hard winter's nap. Time to clean - Chalky hull & mildewed interior are my biggest problem.
Who's got the best clean-up tips? Over the counter or homebrew!

For the hull, get some wax, any will do, so long as it isnt "quick detail wax" must be a put on wait for it to dry and buff off with a clean towel. (If that doesnt work I think Meguires sells a oxidzation removal kit that includes a oxidzation remover and wax) For the interior, I would pick up some Fantastic and a tooth brush and have at it (if that doesnt work vingar treatment time (50/50 (with water) mix?), then you can follow up the whole interior with some 303 to keep it safe from the sun.

Could not agree more on the 303 after the fact. Once you get your boat back to the stage you want it, cover the whole thing, except carpet and glass, with 303. I give the entire boat, inside and out, a layer of 303(post wipe down) after every use. I will also give everything I can reach from inside the boat, another quick coat when I am first heading out for the day. I go through 303 like it is water, but it is IMO the best thing you can put on your boat to keep it looking new.

The above seems like overkill I know.... But it pays off in the end, last boat(Cobalt) sold for 2K less than I bought it for new(added a tower and snap covers)....

Worst thing for a boat, besides cheetos, is THE SUN.....

Dragon88 - Thanks, spent the day cleaning. Hit the entire boat with 50/50 Vingar & Water. Worked wonders! Not only took away the mildew mess I left from last year, but probably took off a couple years of dirt & grime. Also hit the entire hull, last years scum line came off with no effort and stains that I've had for years, disappeared like magic.
Next step will be 303 for the interior, carpet cleaner, a coat of nu-finish & then pledge. Then put the motor back together & fire her up!

So here she is all spruced up & ready for vacation. 8)
Exterior : Washed, penatrol'd entire hull & trailer, coat of Nufinish & then lemon pledge. HomeBrew'd teak platform.
Interior : Vinegar/Water & then 303'd everything.
New electronic conversion, cap, rotor, coil, wires, plugs & belts.
She cleaned up nice for an old tug boat & is purrin like a kitten!

Looks great! It is nice to see an older Nautique that is well-kept. Keep it up and that thing should last forever.
