Warped hatch cover on '08 211?

Just purchased an '08 211TE. The aft port hatch cover (transom walkway) is cockeyed on the latch end. One side is about a 1/4" gap and the other about a 1" gap. Is this normal? Something I should have dealer replace?

Its not normal on a Nautique, but I have seen quite a few other makes with this.
I would take it back to the dealer and see if they can adjust it, if not adjustable, have them replace it.

Yes we had this same problem. Our Dealer replaced the hatch when the boat went for its 25hr service.
