can you remove the pinstripe on the gelcoat?

in my case, I'd like to remove the beige stripe, is there black paint underneath?




can it be done? I noticed the gold pinstripe peeling off so I'm thinking of just removing the whole thing (beige stripe+gold outline)


please excuse the crappy pic, it was taken when I purchased the boat 2-3 months ago.

I removed all of the graphics and pin stripes on the boat. The pin stripes usually cover the transitions from one color to the next because the lines are not 100% perfect. I'm glad I removed mine however. I love the look of a naked 210TE.

You can remove the gold pinstripe, but not the beige stripe....it's gelcoat.
