Gotta agree with MikeSki. TSC boats start at 15.5 and up generally. A potential buyer for your 96 has six model years worth of comparable boats (1990-96) to pull from so you can't charge a premium for the 96 model year. The GT40 is a nice bonus, for sure, but in 96 that hull was starting to get a little long in the tooth. Your potential buyer could snag a 90-95 for 10-14k and have nearly the same boat. It sounds like you are looking for more $$$ than that out of your boat- hate to sound negative but you did ask for our opinion, and that's my honest opinion. You have the last model year of a hull that was designed in 1990, and I think that's the major thing going against a premium price when someone can move up an entire hull generation by going one year newer.

RE: Boat sold
You did good, I have seen 2 1997's sell for 13K, 13.5K, and a 2000 Ski for $13K (rough - salt water, weathered interior, etc) all in the past 30 days
