    Tying boats together

What is the best way to tie three or more boats together without worrying about damaging any of them? We usually end of anchored for several hours swimming and listening to the stereo. We have not found a great way to tie up.

    Thanks

We use something similar to these and they keep the boats off each other really well. Here is an example of one, but we found some online that are black with "Lightning McQueen" from Cars on them. Not quite as lame as... http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...ductId=2778721

Other than that, just tie the bow and stern together.

We always try to find a small cove that doesnt get the main channel rollers. We tie up with 3 fenders and 2 lines. A fender and line at the front and back, and a fender in the middle where the boats come togather.

Giant bumpers. Mine came off a 32' Carver cruiser. They have a large diameter and take up a ton of storage in the boat, but they work.

I've been considering this same issue. I have been looking at these blow up bumpers as an option that doesn't take up a lot of space.
