Just purchased a used 2000 Pro Air Nautique with shower. First time I had it out I tried the shower but no luck in getting it to work. Inside the engine compartment there is a hot and cold water dial - Opened up; the cold - pressed shower on Dash Pod but no water from shower. Need to be primed? Malfunction? Any help would be appreciated

might be a little over simplified but is there a valve of some sort on the hose running from the pump to the shower head?
or a valve right on the shower head?
the pumps don't need to be primed - and they will run continuously if they don't have water (you should be able to hear it - sounds just like to water pumps in any Camper or RV)
they can also run dry without damaging the pumps (don't know the spec on how long - i'm pretty sure it's not forever!!!)
aside from that there isn't much to them, motor, pump, pressure switch, hose... that's it.
good luck!Current Boat ==> 2004 Ski Nautique 206, LOVE IT!
Former Boat ==> 1990 Ski Nautique, PCM351

It could be plugged in one of the lines but before checking that, make sure the pump is actually turning on.

showers do need to be reverse purged once in a while to clear the debris from the mixing valves. If you have low pressure, that is usually the cause.
Now no water seems like there is some other problem. Don't know what it would be since I can always get some water out of my shower even when the dash switch is turned off. You might try revving the engine in neutral to increase the water pressure, and then turn the shower valves each direction.
