Forgive me if this is old news on PN, but I did a search and didnt see the story anywhere over here. So despite the title of the thread being oldest boat, the question posed was oldest Nautique. Well that's easy, the oldest Nautique is obviously the first one made, made by Leo Bentz, not by Correct Craft. And that original boat, the one shown on the flyer sheet posted by Squaminboards on page one of this thread, was located a few years ago and bought by a member here, 81Nautique. Here is the whole story, unfortunately due to the photobucket hostage situation, the photos are gone. http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum...que-and-boat-1 Alan is working to do a complete restoration. Here are a couple pictures. One several years ago when still in pretty good shape, and one from when Alan picked it up, not such great shape.
