What about $12K for a 2003 SKI????

A friend was putting his '97SKI in the water today and a guy came up and said he just bought a 2003 SKI for 12K... sounds too good to be true doesn't it???? Or have prices just fallen off the cliff??

Hours, engine, trailer included, overall condition. Sounds too low for words, but my guess is that an 03 would have to suffer some serious abuse to go for that price.

I would think the ones in a real pinch don't own the boat outright and would have an overfinanced loan on the boat. If anyone wants to let me help you out of an 2003 - 2008 Ski for $12K, let me know.

I searched boattrader for 02 03 196 in the cheapest area I know and all are in the mid 20's

So it would have to be a beat up or high hours low end model coupled with desparation.
