I am starting to like the looks of this boat. I really like that step on bow. I use the bow to get on and off my boat all the time....so that's a great addition.

love the cooler on the starboard side near the sundeck! to me it makes no sense to put a cooler under a seat under a cushion under a person...just too many steps to get access.

the same can be said about the trash can. i realize that the 216 may not be big enough for a 220ish trash can, but put it in the walkway, behind the windscreen is too many steps...

Other thing I see is the extra dashboard access at drivers side. You can see it clearly at pictures 6...

Any pictures of the wake yet? I have a '07 Air 216 TE (DD obviously) and I wonder how the wake compares...The 216 is a perfect size and comprimise for how we like to ski / board. I love the look of this new boat and if the wake isn't significantly different from the DD models I would seriously consider one....totally agree on the 'bu similarities too....it still looks CC enough for me though...

anybody know the seating capacity? Are we looking to shove out the 211 (9 cap) or 226 (12 cap).

I really want to see the ski wake on this boat.

good catch on the drivers dash storage....

also looks like the armrest for your throttle are is significantly smaller... i do like the fact that my armrest is wide enough to completely rest my arm on (unlike a bu or a tige). heck, it is even wide enough to sit on for better visibility when surfing the starboard side...
