Add Ballast Tanks to 1999 SAN

Buying a 1999 SAN without factory ballast tanks, does anyone know how hard it is to install the factory tanks, pumps and a ball park figure of pricing?

You want bags, not tanks, holds more and takes up less space when empty. If you do work yourself, bags are about $350, pumps $300, tubing $50, wire & switches $100, brass thru hulls & cut offs $150, and am sure I am forgetting something? $1000
