    First off welcoem to the site. And welcome to the Nautique family! From another new owner (had mine for 3 weeks now) you will not regret it one bit. This is my forst inboard, but I have had outboards for years nad also have the luck of knowing severa long time Nautique owners that have hleped me tremendously.

    How old is your son? Here in Alabama you can get a boaters liscense to drive the boat at 14. That would be a great benefit to have him to be able to drive the boat as well if he's old enough. Get you a set os skis or a wakeboard and go have some fuN!

      squid,when i read fresh meat i immediately thought of a new set of 207's or 756's.good to know that there's another rider out there lurking on this forum.defintely can't go wrong with that boat and motor.good luck
