whats the view on knee and wakeboarding behind a 2002 Ski Nautique? is the wake okay for this or really only for skiiing?

RE:
I have seen different people throw spins and flips behind my 1997 Ski, without ballast, and without a maximum number of people. They knew how to cut.
That being said, if you get much above 20 MPH, the boat does start thinking it is a ski boat, and the wake does start to flatten out.
Average gas use, about 3.5 gallons per hour.
The 2002 Ski Nautique does have the TSC2 hull, slightly different from my 1997.
I believe you can get a factory tower for the 2002, I know a 1998 Ski that has a factory tower on it.

Pics to explain a little bit
Here is a 94' snob...with pictures of my brother to show that it's possible to have some fun without ballast (with the exception of the live ballast). We were going a little fast there so the wake was starting to flatten out (crazy ski boat tendencies), but it's good enough for us to at least hurt ourselves on.
(Edit, pictures aren't cooperating...)

RE: 10 minute rule got me...
I had a 96 Ski Nautique for almost 10 years and I can honestly say I have never tried skiing, EVER. My wife is a great slalom skier, but I am a true wakeboarder. I used to sac my old Ski Nautique out and it made a wake with awesome shape, but not very big or beefy. If you have skills, you can def throw down your inverts off it, but don't expect to get 20 feet in the air like the new SANTE's.

RE: 10 minute rule got me...
you wont get the same wake in an 02 that you can create w/ a 90-96 SN. Diff hull. If you are looking to buy...you will probably pay a skiers premium for the 02 slalom wake, a 90-96 will be less$$ and a better wakeboarding wake. 82-89 2001's will get you into a steep launching pad.
