    Jabsco Ballast pump

I have arranged a group buy at Pump Biz for the Jabsco ballast pump
Here is the reply from Jeff.

Hope this is helpful for you.

Yes, ok. They can order over the web and use jeff in the comments section of the online order and we will only charge the 179.00 at time we actually “run the card”. Web order will show 200.oo but that is only auth., not sale. Or you can call in. I would want to collect the orders for the quantity.

it is the 1127, and it will show the high price, but you will not be charged any more than 179.00

If you have a doubt call Jeff. he is easy to deal with.

get em while the deal lasts.

he said he would hold for two weeks.

            starting yesterday

Is this the same pump in the new ballast system (started in 2006 or 2007)? ER

The -1127 is the model number for the higher flow pump.

                        MNSuperAir,
Im going to do the fly high 750's in the vdrive compartments with a pump to each. Possibly a custom sac 12H x 27W x 78L to fit my ski locker perfectly depending on price or the fly high rear seat looks like it will fit pretty well there, and the integrated bow sac under my seats in the nose, with a pump to those two. I have an existing ballast hole already from a hippo system that was taken out before I got it, so no drilling! Basically its going to be very similar to what wake_fun has in his SS, but im going to put ball valves on the vent lines so I can close them to get the sacs full if they start to drain out before they are full.

I have a friend with a SS and he mentioned that the seat sac fits perfect in the ski locker. I was also looking to put 750's in the rear with a pump to each and a seat sac in the ski locker with a 3rd pump to it. What thru-hull do you plan on using? I found a 1.5" scoop and was wondering if the scoop could pass water through the pump while cruising. Good idea on the valves but I think I might try the back flow preventers.

You guys need to think about using a scoop intake on a pump like that. You will not be able to empty on the way back to the dock with a scoop style. You need to use a flat intake. Look at how the new boats are with the new pumps. The boat engineers did it that way for a reason.
