    trailer

I have a Canadian made Carbec tandem trailer that is rock solid with NO rust after 5 years. Solid axles with leaf springs.

It tows great as it is a 2200 model and I had a 2003 216 on it. The problem for me is length. It totals 29 ft when loaded.

I traded my boat on a 2008 210. I am considering a shorter configuration with a swing tongue. I understand that storage length can get down to 1 ft over the boat length.

My marina orders Presige, Eagle, Shoreland'r.

    Any comments on 2008 trailers?

Paint quality and rust? Type of axles? Bunks? Length? Loading and stability of boat when loaded?

Anyone have a pic of a newer Presige tandem with boat loaded and swing tongue?

I just went through this when shopping 08-09 210 I was looking at the
EZ Loader Illusion with 20'' wheels looks great but I have concerns about
the height with loading and unloading. I don't like the Ram-lin trailer.
I saw posts by chattwake and cradsv21104 in the boats for sale section.
I love chattwakes trailer its custom made by Boat Mate in Tenn it has 18'' wheels
with low profile tires and doesn't increase the boat height .You will probably
have to pick it up in Tenn if there is no dealer in your area. I have heard
good things about Prestige they are more stock then I wanted. As for me
mine will ready to pick up in Nov. We spend thanks giving in Ga and will pick up
    on the return to Indiana.
