I know this cant be that hard, anybody have a 2003? Is the cover over the speaker pod a snap in? I can feel the point on the speaker screws behind the speaker pod so I know the screw head is under the cover, but how the heck do you get the cover off. It may snap out but when I try its border line and I do not want to force it and break something.......HELP PLEASE?

Doing removal in my old 2000 210 I had to remove the seat beck to get to the pods. The pods were screwed to the wall of the boat and the speakers into them. I would say try reaching into the gunnel and removing the seat backs to see if access is possible from there. Good luck00 SAN 210 (previous boat)

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that the fabric cover is a smaller diameter than the actual speaker itself. You are going to have to remove the entire pod to safely investigate and replace the speaker.2006 SANTE 210 (Pending Sale)

maybe, but I dont think so. I can feel the speaker screws when I reach beahinf the speaker pod and it is the point not the head. It hard to tell and I really dont want to remove the upholstry unless I must. Was hoping someone had been there done that?2012 Team Ski Nautique ZR409

Hey Jaybird,
the combing pad (cusiony part) holds the fabric cover and they both cover the speaker mounting location. you have to remove the combing pad to get to the speakers.Travis Fling
