Removable seat back install on 230 question

I bought my 230 without the rear facing seat backs, and I decided to take on the project to install them over the winter break. I went ahead and installed the port side seat back with no problem as there is easy access to the area behind the seat back.
It is a different story on the starboard side...I do not know how to access the area where the seat back will be installed, the area behind the driver's seat has no easy access to the back of it to place the bolts and such.

Can anybody help me understand how I can access the backside of the area where I would install the seat back on the port side of the 230?

If you pull up the floor I think you can reach up under the starbord side.

Taking the floor did not work, but I got to do some cleaning underneath there!

I ended up going in through the cup holders.
