Yep. If you put in at Ryan's creek there is a course about 3 min away for you skiers and three great places to board near there also.

I got a place on smith so that would be fine with me, Martin is more central. I grew up there, for a bunch of boats I still vote for wind creek area on martin. decent hotels close by if you don't want to camp, plenty of open water for surfing and excellent sloughs for everything else. my .2.

I'm 20 minutes from Smith Lake and about 40 minutes from Ryan's Creek Marina. Has anybody contacted them? I'm sure they would be up to give some demos. Lakeshore or Duncan bridge marinas would be a good place to stay. I'm sure I could work out a deal with Lakeshore and if we could reserve a certain number of hotel rooms.
What about Wakefactory's Spring 2 Summer Jam? Anybody planning on attending it?

i just basically forgot about the whole thing. wake factory is actually down to get something together, but im not sure what to do. change it to come one come all, just boarders and skaters and whatever kind of boat, or keep the original idea, which is really what i wanted in the first place of all nautique owners who use their boats for, family, and any water sport you can do(tubes only for filming)

Wakedork - I have absolutely no problem with Wakefactory - Dustin and crew put on a great event last year at Spring 2 Summer and I expect this year will be even better. I have a lot of respect for what these guys are doing.
I was simply correcting myself that the Smith Lake dealership used to be North Alabama Nautiques who always were great to visit and talk with, but is now Ryan Creek Boating Center - and last I heard was having some trouble.
