    New home for my 210.

Just finished building a new home and a detached garage for my boat and truck was a necessity for me. 36' x 36' insulated with 11' height doors. No more folding that tower!

Very nice. Looks like you'll need to by a second Nautique to share the space with your 210.

I have a severe case of garage envy right now. That is sweet! Can you post a pic with the doors open?

I will once I have the boat in there. Still down the road is my Mom's garage. Rained the day I planned to move it.

My 2007 210 has been in a 24x24 until now. It was tight but I didn't have to swing the tongue for it to fit which could have added more room. 30x30 will be plenty big.

Very Nice. My goal is close to that, but I want one deep enough I can have the trailer hooked to the boat in there so when I get up to go I just pull out...

We definitely need more pics. What are you doing with the upper level? Planning mine now for a possible build next summer, if I still have a job, and always on the lookout for ideas.

I'm glad to know it was raining. At first site, I thought you were "anal" and hosed down the drive to improve the picture like they do on photo ads and in hollywood.

I'm building a 25 by 30 this spring and there's definately a man cave going upstairs. Bar, Foosball table, couches or futons or the like, projector with a screen. I've always wanted a boathouse and this will be the next best thing. I can't wait!!!

The roof framing was done with pre built trusses so I can't have a room up stairs. The joists to support a room were too expensive, else I would have done it. I did floor the center with OSB so there is a ton of storage space up there, just can't put anything with too much weight. The ceiling is nearly 14' so it takes a good size ladder just to get up there. I don't have stairs but plan to add a pull down ladder in the future.

Also, I have a large finished bonus room that is above my garage that is attached to my house so I really don't need two of them.
