2005 SAN Team Edition factory options, HELP

Alright, I'm sure this is online or even on the forum somewhere so I am sorry to ask but I've tried searching and I can't find them anywhere.
The reason I ask, is cause I am looking at an 05 and the guy is claiming it is a team, but it looks like a "stripped" team... with some stickers. Could someone send me a link or an scanned image of an 05 brochure expaining exactly what options make the 05 super a team, it would really help me out for negotiations, thanks to all.

Check this out it should help. You might be looking at a Limited instead of a Team. There really arent too many differences between the 2 models though.
