Video Camera Mount on Tower

Anyone ever fab up a mount to secure a video camera to the tower?

Would be nice to just let it run during sessions and go back and edit through later.

Only concern is how bad would the actual footage be given normal water conditions?

How much worse then someone in the boat holding the camera?
