Damaged my Z5 while towing last weekend...
Loved my Z5 rack until we were on a road trip and the frame bent downwards when a gust of wind came up- even had the tow straps installed. Was driving 70-75mph on a 500 mile trip for a week at our favorite lake. Took it to the dealer at the destination and they said it may have been installed improperly, but hard to believe when it was fine until then and suddenly bent the cross member that holds the rack to the FCT3 tower as well as the outer frame work on the cantilever. On the other hand, I've read many posts on here and it sounds like nobody has had any problems, so that must be it. I'm hoping Z5 will work with me to either help straighten the framework, or ship me a new one at a discount as we really like having it- and not sure if we can afford to shell out for a new one right now. It does hang a bit low for anyone that's very tall (wife and I have both hit our heads)- but you start to get used to it after a bit. My favorite feature (other than the massive amount of shade!) is the fact that we can strap our monster tube up and out of the way without having to deflate each time. Also a great place to store unused boards, skis, etc.
